Missionaries

Bob and JanMaclean have been missionaries to Indonesia since 1975.  Previous to committing his life to the mission field, Bob was educated at San Jose Bible College, Pacific Christian College and Fuller Theological Seminary, receiving degrees from each of these institutions.  During, and following his educational activities, Bob served as minister to Churches in Illinois and California.

He married Janice Ledbetter.  Four children were born of this union and went with Bob and Jan to Indonesia where they were raised.  In addition to these four children, Bob and Jan adopted a child in Indonesia.  Their children are now all adults and are employed in Christian service, law enforcement and business.  They have given the MacLeans 13 grandchildren. Their son, Michael, wife, Corrin and five children reside in Salatiga, Central Java where Michael is teaching music at the Christian international school.

Under the auspice of Indonesian Christian Mission, Bob is currently Vice President of Field Activities for the Mission.  He and Jan are at home in Ciputat, a suburb of Jakarta, Indonesia.
